About the role
We need a hands-on project manager to run delivery for retail technology projects across offshore and US teams. You will own plans, budgets, risks and client communication, and make sure projects land on time and on quality.
What you'll do
- Plan and run projects end to end using agile and hybrid methods
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies across onshore and offshore teams
- Run status meetings and steering committees and report to clients and leadership
- Coordinate developers, testers and functional consultants; remove blockers
- Drive change control, quality reviews and smooth go-lives
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in IT delivery, including 4+ years as a project manager
- Experience delivering ERP, POS or retail technology projects (Oracle Retail a strong plus)
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification preferred
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence and MS Project or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication with US clients
